kkfbn Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on kkfbn.io created by a Player in accordance with Section 2.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or non-cash incentive credited to an Account pursuant to a kkfbn promotional offer.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, fishing game, slot title, or other wagering product available on the kkfbn platform.
• "Platform" means the kkfbn website, mobile browser interface, and any associated software accessible at kkfbn.io.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or real-money participation in a Game made through the Platform.
• "Winnings" means any monetary amounts credited to an Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under kkfbn's compliance policy.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which kkfbn Accounts are denominated.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on kkfbn. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. kkfbn reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending age verification. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any Winnings derived from such an Account may be voided.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kkfbn platform is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on kkfbn. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kkfbn reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to withhold any Balances or Winnings associated with them.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. kkfbn will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkfbn immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. kkfbn may suspend your Account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping all Account information current and accurate. Changes to your name, contact details, or payment information must be reported to kkfbn promptly. kkfbn is not responsible for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals caused by inaccurate Account information.

3.4 Account Activity

Accounts that have not recorded any login or Wager activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. kkfbn reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 to dormant Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified before dormancy charges begin.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

kkfbn accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by kkfbn.

4.2 Own-Account Requirement

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and your Account may be reviewed for compliance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 hours for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer channels. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

4.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

kkfbn reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days of the request may result in Account suspension.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Real-money Balances resulting from direct deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the KYC and processing terms above.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by kkfbn are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any Winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements will be clearly stated at the time a bonus is offered. Contributing game categories and weightings are published in the individual promotion details.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kkfbn reserves the right to void bonuses and associated Winnings, and to close Accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using promotional funds as part of a matched-betting or arbitrage strategy, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using Bonus Funds exclusively on high-RTP games in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour, or coordinating play with other players to exploit promotional terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period stated at the time of crediting. Bonus Funds not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account Balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each Game available on the kkfbn platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each Game before placing a Wager. kkfbn accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

6.2 Finality of Outcomes

All Game outcomes determined by kkfbn's platform — whether generated by a certified random number generator or settled in accordance with published betting rules — are final. Technical malfunctions during a Game session will be handled in accordance with kkfbn's published malfunction policy; in the event of a void round, staked funds will be returned to the Account Balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum Wager amounts vary by Game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface before a Wager is placed. kkfbn reserves the right to change stake limits at any time and to apply individual account betting limits where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.

6.4 Void Bets

A Wager may be declared void where: the event to which the Wager relates is cancelled or abandoned; the Wager was placed in error due to a system malfunction; the odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error; or the Wager was placed in breach of these Terms. Void Wagers will result in the return of the staked amount to the Account Balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkfbn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple Accounts or facilitating Account sharing with another person.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with any Game or to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to place Wagers that are advantageous beyond normal play.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kkfbn staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, restriction, or self-exclusion tool implemented on the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkfbn platform — including but not limited to the kkfbn brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkfbn or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any kkfbn content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of kkfbn intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkfbn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

kkfbn's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkfbn does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. kkfbn will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

10 Privacy & Data

kkfbn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at kkfbn.io/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

kkfbn uses your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. kkfbn does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

kkfbn is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players. The following tools are available to every Account holder and can be activated instantly from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Termination

kkfbn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you have breached any provision of these Terms, if kkfbn suspects fraudulent or unlawful activity associated with your Account, or for any other reason at kkfbn's sole discretion.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding breach of these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kkfbn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notification displayed upon login at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the kkfbn platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
